i m mutually divorced, i hav a kid frm first marriage n its custody wid her,i gave my 2 flats to my first wife as maintainance. i got married secondly nw and now i m wishing to buy a new property on loan but i want to register it on my second wife's name just to get stop dat kid availing from any benefit of my new peoperty. wat laws says..plz guide.

Since this property will be self acquired, your children from first marriage will have no right. You don't need to do anything as they have no right.
