HI m ravi living at bhagyashri colony, Behind mangal city, Indore !
We have purchased a plat here in year 2000, now in this year we received a Notice from Nazul Vibhag-Indore & according to that the Land is Violation of Government. in this case we dint know that the land where colony has been established since 2000 was government land. We purchased it from a Colonizer. This is to request to you pls help to guide us for further action.

If land is a non-transferable government land and you purchased it on account of misrepresentation etc. then you may consider filing a suit to claim your money with interest and/or damages from the seller-vendor.
