i m sole owner of hose property consisting two floors . i want transfer my rights/ownership of different floors in favour of my two sons . please guide how betterly it can be done securing my remaining life also . i m a retired person and my wife is also alive. on son forcing me to give him his share instantly.

you may make a deed of settlement or you make a will in respect of the same.

You should not even consider giving away or transfer of your ownership rights during yours or your wife's lifetime. However, you may execute a family settlement and a will which should be operative only after your and your wife's death. You may need to deal with your son's demands firmly without yielding to their force/coercion.
