Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I m one of the stake holders (legal heir) in a property .But i m not being mentioned in the Will.Property title is four generation back.Title holder died in 1972 and registered will produced is of the year 1977...How should i fight my case.

Dear Sir / Madam,
Property is partitioned by the beneficiaries of the Will obtaining a Probate through the Court. If the beneficiaries have already obtained the Probate, I think it is difficult to contest and prove your claim since your name does not figure anywhere in the Will.

You should fight your case in accordance with law.
