Currently i m in thailand. I have my 1bhk hse at pune my parents r in mumbai and wife joining me this weekend. I m the owner of punes property and wife is co-owner.
Now this monday we got an enquiry for rental for my pune's house. We would like to follow govt rule for rental (i.e. registration, police verification, etc).
We have a plan of making power of atorney for my parents who handle my deal in future, but this will take a long time as my wife will bring legal power of atorney docs to me,i will courier and till the time it reach i will loose oportunity of rental enquiry.
Can u pls suggest short cut of getting things done fast and hesslefree, on the basis of wife's sign as she is a co applicant or sending any scanned signed docs from thailand.

in case she is a co applicant, she may give it on rent. your presence may not be required.
in addition you may ratify the transaction by signing a power of attorney from thailand, get it notarised or attested from the indian consulate and send the same to pune for attorney to further cement the transaction.
