Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

i m thankful to you sir for ur replies, i again add some information that i m the owner of that flat. wife is co-owner. i m living with my parents in that flat. and she is staying with her parents. my 4 yr son is with him. loan is on both of us names. but she never contributed anythng for flat because after 1 year of purchase, she went to her parents along with my child. altho' my brother-inlaw gave me 25000. she only contributed few money in home needs only.
my query is that is there and legal share of her in that flat?
can child claim on that flat?

Yes she is 50% share holder in the property No your child cannot claim anything in the property as of now.

as a co-owner she is entitled to get 50% share of this flat
