Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

M y aged father has executed and registered his one of his property in favour of my younger brother before three years. In the settlement deed my father put one condition that he should look after his expenses and health care. My younger brother does not fulfill this condition and hence my father has now decided to cancel the settlement and settle the same property in favour of me because I am looking after his entire expenses and health. Till now my father does not give any amount or property to me. My doubt is can my father cancel this settlement to my younger brother and as well as settle the same property in favour of me in the same deed?
