Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I have made an agreement to sell my flat but the agreement has expired today and the buyer has not given me any money. I would like to cancel the agreement and sell to someone else. Should I send him a cancellation notice myself or should I get a lawyer to do so. Kindly advice. Many many thanks, Anuj

you may hire a lawyer to issue cancellation notice.

Did you get your presence marked before the Registring authority? If yes, you do not need to do anything; if No, a lawyer's notice may help.

Expiration of the agreement hereof means to be a cancellation unless there is specific clause of renewal thereof.
Might you have mentioned the cancellation/ notice period therein to follow the same?
Engage the lawyer to have clarity thereof.
