Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

A has made registered agreement to sell ( HUDA Plot ) to B of rs. 120000/- total amount and advance received rs. 100000/- and agreement made, they decided to sale deed will be executed after six month from the date of agreement. after the execution of registered agreement A contract to C for selling of the above said plot. C has taken transfer permission from HUDA before executing the sale deed. after getting the transfer permission the sale deed has been executed between A and C after that all the papers delivered to HUDA office for final transfer meanwhile B has file a objection in HUDA office not to grant the final transfer letter but HUDA Legal Cell issued the final transfer letter in favor of C for his contention that HUDA office issued permission transfer to C and sale deed has been executed in favor of C so we are bound to issue the FTL in favour of C. B has opt the option of civil suit against A for permanent injuction and decree of the same.

what is the legal position of C of the above issue.

C needs to assess his position after A approaches a Court.

One need to consider what is pleaded, prayed etc. by A.
