Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
we made a sale agreement with a buyer and he failed to pay the rest of the amount with in the time frame of 6 months..and we went for negosiation with him ..but he is not willing to pay us the amount so we did not register the property to him..at the end of six months he went to a lawyer and filed the case againt us that we didnt regester the land for...now i need money for my son higher studys so i am planning to sell the proprty to someone else ..is that possible?

in case he has filed the case after 6 months and you have proof that he deliberately did not purchase it, move an application u/o 7 rule 11 for dismissal of suit.
