1. Last 5 years inspite of our repeated requests, society managing committee is not carrying out any roof water proofing work. roof is leaking for last 7 years.
2. What is minimum period required for new member to become society managing committee member i.e. secretary?

1. Approach DDR or Court for orders.
2. No minimum period prescribed by Act. Check Bye-laws.
