Maharashtra Housing Society Parking Act

Dear Sir,

Acoording to maharashtra co op housing society act and byelaws is it valid to purchase parking in the society through builder? Or Is builder have the right to sell the inside parking?

There is not sale or purchase of parking. However, an exclusive user can be allotted.

Only society can sell the parking.
