whether under maharshtra cooperative societies act, where a company is a member of the society and there is change in directors and share holding due to another group taking over the company, society can ask for transfer fees saying there is change in membership

No, if Flat & Membership is in the name of Company for the simple reason that Company is a jural person with perpetual existence and change of directors or shareholders is inconsequential for the Company.
