Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
I want to know that what is the main difference between 'power of attorney' and 'general power of attorney'.
i want to transfer my property or some part of property to my real sisters jointly. what process should be done?
can still i have any right to take back this propery in future if they refuse to give it to me?

in case you appont your sister as an attorney or GPA holder, you may cancel the GPA later on but if you transfer it through sale deed or gift deed, you cannot get the properities back.
