Maintenance Change for 2BHK flat

In our society we have 2 wings. Wing A has 2BHK/3BHK flats while Wing B has only 1BHK flats. Since the society is common themonthly maintenance bills issued has same maintenance chages. Is this correct? All the flats have different carpet area.

The MEMBERS could decide in AGM about maintenance charges pro-rating with the flat size.

You have not mentioned about of privileges the flat dwellers are getting if they are regarding maintenance of lift,generator,cleaning of the common places then it might be correct.You have to be more specific about classification of maintenance.
