Hi, I make a Financial Assistance Agreement between two Company, now both company agree to cancel this Agreement. How can I cancel this Agreement and in which Web-site i found the draft copy of Cancelletion Agreement of Fenancial Assistance / Any cancelletion Agreement copy. I can prepare this Cancelletion Financial Assistance Agreement.

you cannot find a cancellation draft on any site and for that purpose, you need to hire a lawyer and he would prepare the cancellation deed regarding the agreement entered by both the companies. the expenses of lawyer may be borne by both the companies.
