Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

To make a registered will of my father for acquiring all his property, do I have to get my brothers signature, can my brothers later on come up to claim this property.

if Will has been properly drafted, executed, attested and registered, then there is hardly any chance for one to successfully challenge it. However, no law can stop any one to make his claim.
