if a man marries a women after death of his first wife ,does second wife has right on husband property,and if second wife makes the property does first wife children can claim

The children of first wife may have no claim over the property of their step-mother i.e. the second wife of their father. However, the second wife will have same rights on her husband's property as the first wife had. She is at par with first wife for all legal and practical purposes.
