Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

a man purchase a land with his own son in 1972 and died in 1973 and he did not do the motation. the wife of the sellsman again sold to another on the basis of old document. then i want to know that is there any share of the that woman.

Once property is sold, then ownership passes on execution and registration of sale deed.
