Can a married daughter have a claim in a sale of a self aquired commercial property of father?

if sold during the life time of father, then, married or unmarried daughter has no claim in self acquired property of father which he is free to dispose in the manner father wants

not during the life time of father. only if the father dies intestate the daughter can claim the share.
