Dear Madam,
It is at your father's discretion how and in what manner he wishes to deal with his property. He has to see the welfare of all the children. In the light that two of your younger sisters are still studying, it is unfair on your part to think about a share for you on the grounds that your husband's family is not financially well settled. It remains your responsibility to come out of the financial instability, instead of looking towards your father to support your family after marriage, which is incorrect and unjustified.

If it is ancestral property, you are entitled to a share. All children take equally, irrespective of their sex or marital status, upon demise of the father.
Assuming what you have stated in your question is true then in that case you too have share in your ancestral property. But most of the people does not even know what Ancestral Property means. Please clarify it before you take any step to get your share.........Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
