I am a married Hindu woman. I have a brother. My dad has a house in his name. Do I have a right to claim my share.

it depends whether the property held by your father is joint family property or his self acquired one....another factor is whether your father died intestate or wrote a will....after your furnish these details, a conclusive reply would be given.
