Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a married lady with a daughter and my age is 28. I have a mother and an unmarried sister. Both are dependent on my father.

Recently we found that our father is having a girlfriend who is a nun and he started discarding us(mother, sister and myself).

He owns a self acquired property which is our house and he is trying to give it to the other woman. My mother is a housewife and both

my mother and sister are dependents on him. How can I make them get the house

this property is acquired by your father and you or your mother has no right to claim share in it. But as your mother is residing in that property, she can file a complaint under Domestic Violence Act and seek residence orders. you may read more on DV Act on my website www.karvai.in.

I am sorry but the laws are against you and your mother. You and your mother cannot get any share or have any right in your fathers property but your mother can file a case under the domestic violence act for residence etc. Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the kind of legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
