Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I am a married lady with a daughter and my age is 28. I have a mother and an unmarried sister. Both are dependent on my father.

Recently we found that our father is having a girlfriend who is a nun and he started discarding us(mother, sister and myself).

He owns a house and he is trying to give it to the other woman. For this house, my grandfather gave money to my father to buy the land and then my father built the house. My grandfather is not alive and I do not have any supporting documents.

My fathers relatives are not in good terms with us as my parents has inter caste inter state marriage. They married by Hindu Marriage Act and then my mother got converted to Christian(Fathers caste) and married by Christian Marriage Act.

My mother and father told me in childhood that grandfather has given my father, money to buy this land. My mother is a housewife and both my mother and sister are dependents on him. How can I make my mother bget the house and money to continue living their life? Also Can I make my father arrange my sisters marriage?

As explained you in your earlier query that the source of fund to buy property is not important now , the property is in your fathers name ,so he becomes the absolute owner of it against the whole world. He can do whatever he wishes to do with his property. But your mother can claim residence and maintenance under the Domestic Violence Act. Please check Sanjay Kalra and Associates on the internet to know more about our law firm and the kind of legal services we are rendering for our clients from all over the World.
