Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

Hello i am married women i got married in 1980 i have 3 brothers 2 sisters i stay in my mothers property from 27 years ,the property is in the name of my mother and is a gift deed to me when i got married.i have a elder brother who is running a case on me from 1994 in the city civil court .Totally my parents left over 20 crore property which was not divided among my brothers and sisters .my elder brother has stated that the property has been divided among the family equally and is running a case against the brothers and sisters .i have been staying in the gift deed property of my mother from past 27 years paying all the electricicty bills and telephone charges water bills etc upto date till today.My brother has a notary which consists of a forged signature of me and my sister and is stating that the property is divided among the family .the gift deed is not registered in my name and the property remains in the name of my late mother.
