Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

actually matter is related to mcd delhi sir my grandfather have a property in chandni chowk area of delhi opp town hall in the year 1950's the house was cracked and mcd take over that house after paying very few amount below market rate that time forcefully also the house was taken over wiyhout consideration of all family members.now that land is That place has been barren position

can is their any provision to take out this land from mcd or we need to file case in court against them

please guide us.in this regards
