Re: Matter relating to family property

if the property is ancestral property, the answer is yes.

if the property is self acquired property, your grandfather is at liberty to dispose off the property as per his wish and will. No one can challange his rights.

if the property is new property purchased from the money inherited from any ancestral property then again the answer is yes.

Please call on personally for further advice.

The treatment will be different in such cases. Pl. submit full particulars to form an opinion
