meaning of my question was that the properties i have inherited from my grandfather are in posession of tenents from my greatgrandfathers time ( as his family main source of income came from rentals ).., as the rent at that time were as low as Rs 1, 2 etc. on the old urdu rent aggrements , those people who had there names in the rent aggrements have died many decades back and the records at the municipal office have my grandfathers name on these properties as he had not sold them but the posession is with the families of the tenants and not with me . they have made four story houses on each plot of land given to them on rent of Rs.1 or 2 against a permission of only a jhopadhi and a cow shed on a 80 sq.yds plot each .note: on the rent aggrement it was only the land that was given on rent , and also it was mentioned clearly that they will have to vacate within 30 days of notice along with there malwa . so what best can i get out of this family inheritance?
