After this he tried several time to harrase me and forced me to signed the papers. After one year I back to my native place where my parents house is resided. I went to bank and check about my fathers savings, as per them my younger brother had used false docs and convinced the bank that he is the only survivor of my father, which is false.

After that I had shifted to job and living their as usual. now when I get transferred to bhubaneswar due to my job, I was tried to contact him for my legal rights but he is in violent and said that what he did that is due to hamper me.

For recovery of your share in the assets of your father, you need to file a civil suit.

For preparing and using fake/forged documents, you need to file criminal case. A criminal case can be filed with police or in a court.
