Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
We are a member in a CHS in Mumbai which has both Residential units and Commecial shops.
We own a Shop in this CHS. We intend to start a Restaurant in the commercial shop. I need to know whether we are requierd by Co-op Hsg Society Act or Bye Laws to obtain permission / NOC from the society to start the restaurant in the shop owned by us.
