Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

we are six member in family two boy, one girl from first wife(late) of my father(late)and from second wife(live) one boy and girl.

. but total property is named to my elder brother from first wife. how we can share equal property distribution among six mebers ligealy.

but elder brother is not agree with any condition.

Is the properties in your elder's brother name ? since the property is in ur elder brothers name so you can not make any claim accept what ever he gives...

Execute and register appropriate partition deed to share the properties in mutually agreed manner.
