A member of the society has 2 flats side by side and he has demolished the centre wall and made a single big flat with intimation to the society or seeking any permission. What is the offense and what action can the society take against the member ?

Check rules of local authority in this behalf.

Obtain a certificate of reputed architect about effect of demolition of wall on the entire building or other flats.

If demolition of wall is contrary to rules of local authority, apply for action by local authority. If demolition of wall will have adverse effects of building or other flats, you can initiate action accordingly.
