Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

I and some members purchased a flat in mumbai in the year 1996 with a stilt parking with agreement from the builder but now the committee of 4 members in the society are selling out our parking spaces without legal permission of the members. My question is mainly to inquire whether its legal to do so and what further action should i take???

Either the builder or the committee memebers of the society does not have right to sell the stilt parking. You can definately move against them in court of law for such step. You can contact us on 28904722 & 9892193167 for further fixing an appointment.
