membership of co operative housing society
Sir, I have purchased a residential flat at Panvel, Maharashtra( India) . I have made an registered agreement with builder on 23 OCT 2009 and builder gave me possession on 06 JAN 2010.I also pay Rs.2500 for society formation & Rs.10000 as advanced maintenance( both amount in cash, no receipt).Meanwhile co operative housing society formed in NOV 2010.Now co operative housing society demanding me Rs. 2500 for giving membership of society ( as per resolution passed by society in general meeting) , also demanding maintenance charges from NOV 2009.I approached builder for giving membership for society but no positive response . Now what can I do?
