mere ek shope hai jo ke 17 year se rented hai aab usko main free karvana chahata hu how cn help my indian low its is posible how long process more than aur main indian pasport holder hu wht iam PR IN philpines or can i apply as ah nri law or nt iam nt dual citzenship wht iam PR in philpines now want stay in india some family resons start some work in my own shope pls advice me sir

PR means Permanent Residence of Philipines .You can file a suit for eviction against your tenant in the court. PR does not give you a Dual citizen status. Your are a citizen of India. You can call yourself a NRI because your stay out of India is more than six months. You can come back to India whenever you want .

you may send a power of attorney duly notarized or attested by indian consulate in favour of your lawyer or next friend and he would file a suit for eviction on your behalf. there is no need to relocate solely for the purpose of filing a suit. you may wait till the time eviction is done and then you may come back.
