what is the minimum age required for a grandson to claim on his grandparents property?.
and can he claim it when grandfather and grandmother both are alive?
is he is having rights to claim on grandparents property?

Merely because property is owned by grandparents, grandchildren can not have any claim.
Such claims can be made only in case of joint hindu family properties. In case of properties of joint hindu family, one having right can enforce the same by filing a suit for partition and separate possession.
