what is the right of a minor on the property which is bought in the name of his fathers mother,after the death of both his father and his father's mother?

Dear Sir,

As a minor, his specific properties shall be guarded very well in the court of law, and with regards to Guardian, Wards act of India, any adult guardian to safeguard the property of minor can be appointed with due discretion of the District Court. Hence you can file petition under the said act, Ok ?
