i am minor. i have got property from my father hereditary after his death. my mother is natural guardian of my property. is it required to take permission from the court for selling of the said property

Yes, minor is incompetent to make contract. Mother, though is a natural guardian but to protect the interest of minor, mother has to apply to court to seek the permission to sell the property and also the court may ask the mother to deposit the proceeds of the sale into a bank and not use the prinicipal except for the minor's education, development etc.

your mother can sell the property and the sale proceeds need to be deposited in your name only stating your mother as guardian. she may seek the permission of the court for the sale for minor's benefit.
