Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

two month before my civil case is (20-12-2012)win, but I don't have judgement paper, daily i am calling my advocate, he is telling one weak after calling you, next time iam calling, he is one weak after calling, two month going on, so i want case winning after how many days after judgement copy court issue. iam what next action?
