Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother has self acquired land property in her name. I am the only son and have two married sisters. I also have a self acquired land property. My mother wants to transfer her land property to me by making a partition or family settlement deed in which she keeps only a small portion of her property. Do my sisters have any right over my mothers property at present and can they object if she transfers her land property to me by this way?

sisters have no right in self acquired property of your mother. However, partition is between coowners. If mother is sole owner, then it is not partition which she has to do. she has to convey by gift or by sale during her life time to you. Or else, she has to write her will in your favour.
