Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
Hi, my mother has a self acquired property and has made a will in my name. I have two sisters. My question is that after my death, will the property get divided amongst my wife and children, or does my sisters' children also have the right to demand a share?

Once you inherit the property on the basis of a WILL and the same is mutated in your favour, your sisters may have no claim even after your death; and that your wife and children will inherit you.
