Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My mother acquired a property under Registered GPA in 1996.
She also applied for transfer of property to her name and got the Katha transferred to her name as GPA holder.
She has also received a recipt for payment of property tax.
Now we need to construct house thro' home loan. Bank person asking sale deed to proceed the application.
At present the owner is not traceable what we need to do next ? is any other mean to proceed the loan ?

Consider approaching another bank, which is willing to give loan on GPA.
