Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother acquired a property in 1974. She is no more now. She had three sons and three daughters. One daughter had died before mother died. Mother has left an unregistered will in favour of the sons. Can the three daughters or their children make a claim in that property?

plz provide more details, like when mother expire?

Are you sure the unregistered will is signed by your mom?

What is the status of property?

Presently it is in the name of your brothers or else?

in case the property is not earned by the mother and is an ancestral property, the will would not hold good and the daughters would also have an equal share in the property.

If she has acquired the property in 1974 from our own resources, the inheritance will be governed by her WILL.
