Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my mother died when i was five. i have brother who is 5 yrs younger to me.

my father got married again when i was 13. that lady has a child in her first marriage. what is the right of that lady and her son in my fathers property. my father got his property from his father. so do my stepmother or her son has equal share like us. thank you
