my mother died in 1962. my father died in 1966 without will. i has four brothers. they sold a plot who was in my father`s name in 1974 without informing me. i was married that time. can i revoke sale deed now after 38 years.

Delay of 38 years is substantial. Need to be explained to court. You can file suit for partition of your share in property, and declare sale deed void to your share, but cannot get it as a whole cancelled. Feel free to contact
