Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my mother dies ,my father wants partition in her property to get married to another women, but he gave his self acquired property to my mother through settlement deed, where he settles the property to my mother and minor children .and my mother has not made any will or deed to anyone before her death. the question is does my father have any share in my mother's property partition.
