Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

my mother expired leaving behind her 2 son and one daughter.There after my sister died leaving behind her husband and one son and one daughter.when my sisters share of property (i.e. 1/3 of total property) is distributed within her son and daughter, by mistake share of her husband is not given, than what will be the legal remedial measure?

1/3rd of the share of deceased sister can be distributed among husband and both children. in other words, 2 sons and 1 deceased sister entitled to 1/3rd share of mother and the share of deceased sister goes to her husband and children.
