Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
My Mother and me came to a family agreement . in which she agreed that she has sold a joint property and proceeds collected by her as such she will assign her property given to her by her father as compensation.
this document is signed by both of us notarised in usa and attested by consulate general there ..also two witnesses along with there address and id, and picture of both my mother and me.
is this document valid? is this admisable for mutation ?. can my brother or my mother in future raise objection again

Where was the family property located ? If the property sold by your mother then whose name the property has to be mutated ?There are few clarifications to be done by you before i give you my legal opinion and for that you have to call me or send an email.
It is merely an agreement. An agreement does not convey or transfer an immovable property.
