Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India
our mother had gifted a site which was in her name(inherited from her father)to our bachelor brother.he applied for loan and built a house in the site and cleared the loan. now,he passed away 2 months back. my question to you is ...do our mother need to apply for survival certificate..? what is the procedure which has to be followed?
