Legal Question in Real Estate Law in India

My mother is having an inherited property of 1.8 acres.But the access/way to the land is through another plot which is owned by my mother and her 2 brothers.One of them is ready to give way through the plot but other one is denying her access.My question is that what is the fastest way to get a way to my mother's property??

this is a case of easement rights. you may hire a lawyer well versed with Indian easement act and civil laws.
